Please note, while are currently dispatching all online orders (if we have the item in stock) 24 hours after we receive your order, we expect there may be some slight delays from our shipping carriers. RE-ORDERS
For items that are sold out do not fear everything is available for re-order. We ask for your patience as we require a 6 week production period to make your order. Upon arrival we will ship the item/s to you immediately and let you know via email once your order is on your way.

PRE-ORDERS
For all pre-orders we will always have a 24 hours pre-sale. Once this closes we commence production which we require 6 weeks production time.

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Little Dutch charges a flat rate of $11. For any orders $100 (AUD) or over you can enjoy free shipping to anywhere in Australia. Note free shipping will automatically appear in your shopping cart at the end of your order once your order is over $100, you will need to then select this, as it will default to the flat rate of $11. Delivery to most addresses is expected within 1-4 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

Express shipping is available within Australia. Please note, Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a fee of $20 will be charged. Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 1-2 days.

During Sale periods, some orders may be subject to shipping delays, with delivery expected within 1-5 business days after an order has been placed.

All parcels are sent by our trusted postage partner Australia Post. Little Dutch is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.

In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Little Dutch team will help resolve the issue immediately with the chosen postage partner.

Little Dutch is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

*Please note: Auspost is a postal service not a courier service, this means there is a potential risk of parcels being lost. If you select an Australia Post outlet as your postal option Little Dutch is not liable for lost parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Little Dutch offers this service – shipping may vary and may be more than indicated so please contact info@littledutch.co when placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A dispatch confirmation email including your unique tracking number will be sent for all orders so that you can track the progress of your delivery. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

You can also track your order at any time by signing into your account.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order at info@littledutch.co

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Little Dutch want you to love and wear your purchases. Therefore, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, Little Dutch will supply a credit note for return requests made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Little Dutch cannot offer returns on jewellery, items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount of 20% or more.

NOTE: No refunds or exchange on sale items.

GIFTS & GIFT CARDS
If you have received items as a gift and wish to make an exchange, you may return items to receive a gift card of the same value. To organise a gift return, please email us at info@littledutch.co

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe the item that you purchased is faulty, please contact us between 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday via info@littledutch.co.

THE FINE PRINT
Returns received outside of 14 days may be accepted at Little Dutch’s sole and absolute discretion.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused and with all Little Dutch and return tags attached. Garments received soiled or with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All returns must be sent via registered post or by other such means or carrier of your choice, which provides proof of posting and delivery. All returns or exchanges sent to Little Dutch must have a valid tracking number. Little Dutch will not be liable for items lost in transit. Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, Little Dutch is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. Little Dutch classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, Little Dutch will issue a refund to the original card used for purchase within 10 business days of receipt of a return, less incurred shipping costs. A refund for faulty items will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, shipping or return delivery costs.

Outside the above timeframe, our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by Little Dutch to comply with applicable Australian laws.
